I. Prices
A. All prices quoted are in USD dollars, F.O.B., Shanghai.
B. Any and all bank charges are at the customers' expenses.
II. Minimum Order Quantity
10 dozens per style.
III. Sample Availability
Full payment of samples plus mould fees will be charged.
IV. Shipment
A. Forms of shipment may be arranged as per customer's requirements.
B. Usually, shipments are made by consolidated airfreight “COLLECT” air parcel post, Federal Express, DHL, UPS with all shipping charges and expenses charged to the account of customers' expenses.
C. It is understood and merchandise is deemed acceptable to buyer upon full payment to SHANGHAI JEWELS INSTYLE CO., LTD.
V. Delivery Time
We will start the production upon receipt of the confirmation from our bank with your 30% deposit by T/T. Our normal delivery time is usually between 25-30 working days.
VI. Payment Terms
A. Order Amount Below USD 3,000: Full payment by T/T is required prior to the production.
B. Order Amount Above USD 3,000: A 30% (thirty percent) of the total amount of order by T/T is required. And the 70% (seventy percent) balance must be paid within 7 (seven) working days before shipment.
NO SHIPMENT WILL BE SENT OUT UNLESS FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY SHANGHAI JEWELS INSTYLE CO., LTD.
VII. Claim and Return of Goods
A. Claims for loss or damaged goods should be presented within 10 days after receiving the goods.
B. SHANGHAI JEWELS INSTYLE CO., LTD reserves the right not to accept any return of merchandise unless requested in writing (through E-mail, fax or registered mail) indicating why merchandise is to be returned and has been accepted by SHANGHAI JEWELS INSTYLE CO., LTD to be returned.
